Never know it would taste so good and it's only approximately 200kcal per 500ml! It's healthy, guilt-free and low in calories,lot fat but high in vitamins!It taste so good and addictive! Especially the Berry Bangs! With strawberries, blueberries and rapsberries blend it all together with certain amount of yogurt! I feel so light even after having a heavy meal! because it aids digestion!
