The last day of Chinese New Year, chor 15, went to Jalan Ikan emas,to eat the infamous Fish Head Noodles there. Its almost 3 pm but still crowded there.They use Magnolia brand for making their delicious soup. The Meehoon texture is so springry and thicker than the usual one make it best for fish head noodle. I usually take the fish paste ratehr than fish head because i can't stand the bones, too much.Their chilli also the bomb, so spicy and flavourful. After teh lunch, they also coincidently hav
