Gone are the days where healthy food is often miserably stereotyped as mundane and cow’s food, but that is about to change, thanks to the passionate and inventive folks behind the revolutionized establishment of Epic Fit Meal, located at Metropolitan Square, just right across Empire Damansara that has come up with this Melbourne-inspired diet.
With the aim to introduce a new concept in enjoying wholesome food, Epic Fit Meal has been greeting the taste bud of Damansara folks since last January with efficient delivery service or even dine in, if you wish. Wicky- the co-partner, believe in the philosophy of healthy food can be equally tasty, comforting and epic too!
They will riders to manage your food delivery order which includes Wan, and Jeff who is overlooking the kitchen operations. Delivery area is quite limited which covers only Kota Damansara and Tropicana.
All dressings and marinades are made from scratch and only the freshest ingredients are premiumly selected to ensure the utmost satisfaction. All calories and components used to prepare the meals have gone through a thorough screenings by a team of dietician and nutritionist; therefore health-conscious foodies are well informed of the calories amount in each grub. No canned foods or preservatives exist in Epic Fit Meal’s kitchen and all food are made ala minute fresh upon order.Moreover, canola oil is used; hence there is no greasiness or feeling stuffy after meal. Hence, ensuring a great tasting session and wholesome one. Customers could choose from premium protein of chilled chicken and Australian beef, interestingly inhouse crafted sauces together with crunchy fresh veggies from farm greens.

Mixed coral lettuce, tomatoes, shredded red cabbage, orange and almond flakes in Epic’s honey mustard dressing. Surprisingly, it doesn’t taste bland but I must say the dressing is a very sapid pairing indeed. The overall flavor has been refreshingly enhanced alongside the sweet oranges amidst the nutty crunch of almonds. I personally find it exceptionally palatably amusing.

Epic’s marinated chicken is breaded in special blend of herbs and spices, then oven-baked ‘fried’ to scrumptious golden brown perfection and served atop Epic’s Cauli Rice besides Irish Colcannon as our add-on sides. It’s awesome, crunchy deliciousness all-in-one minus the guilt. There is also a spicy version for those who are more adventurous and craves for spicy food more than anything else.

Named straightforwardly and indeed simply stellar! I would very much liken to describe it aptly as Awesome, Additive and Awe-inspiring!Hope the chef behind this brilliant rendition won’t mind, who has turned the simple and common ingredients such as Apple, Ayam (chicken) and Api (chili) into a bombastic recipe. Kudos!
It was so tasty that we finished up the whole pizza unexpectedly by ourselves, which are usually not the case, haha.

Epic Chicken ala carte starts from MYR 12.80 and combo from MYR 15.80, and just an additional MYR 1 should you opt for the ‘fried’ preference. For the sides, choose from the varieties at MYR 4.80 and MYR 5.80 for normal and Epic sides respectively, if you love to have them more ala carte.
So now you have no reason not to indulge nutritiously.
All food and drinks are priced nett, saving customers from any GST misery. Currently the delivery service could be enjoyed by customers around TTDI, Damansara Kim, Mutiara Damansara, Bandar Utama and of course Damansara Perdana, at no additional cost.
