Restaurant Yap Chuan Bah Kut Teh is famous on serving both dry and wet bah kut teh. Dry Bah Kut Teh
The dish comes sizzling in the clay pot when served. Its dry with dark soy sauce all over the pork belly, pork inner parts (大肠) herbs, ladies fingers, and some dry chilies. The fragrance smell so nice and taste bit spicy. The sauce is well melted on to the porks and especially the inner parts taste crunchy too. Everything taste delicious and great mix with white rice. One thing i felt there is not enough herbal taste, it actually taste more like dark sauce pork pot.
