Everytime I visited the famous fish head noodle shop, I would order their Dried Beancurd with Gingko and Barley Dessert (Fu Chuk Yi Mai) because they taste really good. How good? They are usually sold out before 1pm so you have to come early if you want to try it.The beancurd is reduced to bits and makes the dessert taste milky - some do add soya bean to their version and I think here they do not. I could taste the beancurd texture and the dessert was not supersweet which is just fine for me.

The beancurd is reduced to bits and makes the dessert taste milky - some do add soya bean to their version and I think here they do not. I could taste the beancurd texture and the dessert was not supersweet which is just fine for me. There is generous pieces of gingko and barley in it which made their version really enjoyable - they tasted soft and chewy at the same time. Definitely worth trying.
