Cielo Dolci is my favourite gelato place in Malaysia by leaps and bounds. First of all, their gelato is super dense, with as little air trapped in between as possible. This is one of the reasons why it's so expensive, but so good. Still, only marginally more expensive than the competition. But the best part is all their crazy flavours that WORK (they even have/had nasi lemak flavour!).However, this day, I was less adventurous. However, this day, I was less adventurous. I had coconut with gula melaka, and salted caramel.

The gula melaka flavour is very muted, could hardly taste it. The coconut is fragrant and sweet, but not intensely so. The salted caramel is as it should be - creamy, richly sweet, and delicately salty. I like this combination. Very balanced.
