When it comes to Dim Sum, i quite like the dim sum from Jin Xuan. I feel that they use very ingredients and the portion was bigger. Nevertheless, taste wise they are above average. This is bitter gourd stuffed with fish paste. Very generous portion. As you can see, the fish paste was meaty. The fish paste tasted delicious, has a firm texture, and doesn't have fishy taste.
