Decanter at Bukit Damansara is rather silent when I went there during a weekday. However, the parking is very ample and I need not to worry bout my car parked outside the restaurant.Fish and Chips @ RM 18.00For me, anything deep-fried without too much oil would taste good for me. But this fish fillet is very crispy with the bread crumbs coating, best while served hot. When served with mayonnaise and lemon, it is very flavourful with a right balance of salty, sweet and crunchy tastes.
