Charbroiled Chicken. The chicken was topped with a piece of cheese, laid on top of a bed of fries, alongside some lettuce and coleslaw. The chicken was grilled to slightly charred flavour and texture. It was tender and soft. The chicken was marinated to very flavourful, sweet and salty and the same time. The slap of cheese of top melted with the chicken, gave an extra oomph to the dish. The fries however was soggy.
