Char siew siew yok wantan mee. The wantanmee was topped with char siew (caramelized roast pork belly) and siew yok (deep fried pork). It also came with a bowl of wantan. The noodles were very good, not alkaline taste and springy. The soy sauce used was just nice, not too salty nor too sweet. The char siew was soft but not melt-in the mouth type of texture. The siew yok was salty and the skin was crispy.
