Madam Kwan is one of those restaurants I would bring visitors to if they are not into street food. This place serves decent local food and it's more comfortable to dine in. The other day a couple of friends from Melbourne visited and this was where I chose to meet them.I ordered the Char Kueh Tiaw instead of my usual Nasi Lemak. This is actually a decent plate of CKT. My friends ordered the Assam laksa and they were happy with their choices too. Albeit a little pricey, it's still worth it for the comfortable seating and most importantly the air-conditioning.
