Braised sea cucumber with spinach thick soup. Since we are the typical Chinese family, we order a bowl of soup during our dinner. We were thinking to order the fish soup of the sea cucumber soup, and decided to go for the latter. The soup was thick and starchy. I took a sip of it and I tasted the “fishy” taste of the soup, I passed it to my parents, who said the soup was nice. The sea cucumber was springy and the soup overall was not too salty.
