Can you believe it that I had wanted to come here in my two years of living in Kelana Jaya but have never actually made it here, always for the reason that the queue would be too long? Can you believe it that I had wanted to come here in my two years of living in Kelana Jaya but have never actually made it here, always for the reason that the queue would be too long? Yes it is true! There would always be something cropping up that prevents me from eating here till today.

This time I brought my friend who stays and works in Wangsa Maju to try the food here. Luckily we were early at 7 pm on a Wednesday but there was still a crowd inside, in fact most of the tables inside were full! I could not believe my eyes.

When I saw the menu and saw the prices like RM 18 for a spaghetti, I knew why there were so many customers eating here.

The ambience is also very good for friends, families and couples to hang out. There were pigs everywhere, from the pictures of pigs on the walls to pig figurines on the counter and also on top of the kitchen counter. It was as though I were in piggy world.

I proclaimed to my friend that I have been cruel by ordering the cute little piggy-the famous Grilled Beer Boston Butt (RM 33.90) which was actually pork shoulder supposedly braised in beer for 3-4 hours, sliced and grilled. It was served with the world's most non-solid mashed potatoes which looks more like a whole lot of cheesy gravy instead of mashed potato. The green peas were very fresh. The downside is that I could not taste any beer in the pork. Also, the pork turned out not as tender as described by the waiter. There was no taste of beer at all inside. For a non-pork lover,  I would say that at least the pork could still be cut with a knife easily although not as tender as initially thought. There is overflowing of too salty sauce on top of the meat and cheesy sauce on top of the mashed potatoes. I feel they should put less salty sauce in smaller quantity.

My friend ordered the Aglio Olio (RM 18) with mushrooms and bacons. We both felt that it lacks strong flavours that usually comes with Aglio Olio. The only good thing is that is was not as oily as the ones I normally eat. There was not much flavour from the bacon too.

I love the Stewart's classic lime soda which was so amazing with the fizzy taste yet it maintains its lemon flavour.
