Beef koay teow, or beef hor fun as stated in the menu, was acceptable, though not top notch. It was slightly different than the Chinese version, where the gravy has eggs in it. The dish came piping hot, which was good. The koay teow was lightly seared, hence it was light brown in colour. The gravy has a heavy oyster sauce taste, which was fine, just that it doesn't taste as good without eggs. The slices of beef weren't that many, probably about four to five pieces only.
