The Chinese festival is around the corner, and I bought some bak chang home to try on the taste as an early welcome to the festival. This is very light in color, probably with lesser aroma from the dark soy sauce. But the filling is very generous here. The meat and nuts are stuffed neatly into it, and the amount of glutinous rice is relatively lesser than the usual ones I have. It is less salty, almost too bland in taste. Overall, I like its texture but the taste can still be improvised.
