Green View Restaurant is famous for their Sang Har Meen, as well as other Seafood dishes. Usually when we have visitors who likes their seafood, this will be the place we will go. When my sister was in town last time, we brought her here to try the Sang Har Meen, as she is the biggest fan of prawns. Sang Har Meen (生虾面) literally translate to "Fresh Prawn Noodles" but it sure isn't as straightforward as it sounds. Just look at this beauty. How appetising looking, right? Let's talk about the taste.

How appetising looking, right? Let's talk about the taste. They specifically use super large freshwater prawns with lots of roe, and gives their gravy plenty of umami flavours. The noodles are fried to a crisp, but slowly soften while absorbing the delicious gravy. The prawns were almost like mini lobster, half for one person is definitely enough. It's an absolute must to suck out the prawn heads because that's where all the good stuff are! Needless to say, this dish will please any seafood lover.

The service there is pretty efficient when it's not too busy, few of them even speak teochew, which is pretty cool when my teochew half of the family is present. Of course, the Sang Har Meen comes with a hefty price tag (around RM25 per portion) but it's well worth it!
