Assorted nuts mooncake has been my mom’s favourite variety since decades ago as far as I could remember, hehe. And not excluding this for sure According to her, this type of paste would enhance the flavor of mooncak, much more with the chunky nuts in it and the tinge of fruity fragrance. In this mooncake of Pu Er Tea, Dang Gui, Chinese Wolfberry & assorted nuts paste, it gathers all the nutritious herbs in just one pastry, which I think, much healthier than that normal sugary paste like lotus, p

Of course, there are now low sugar varieties for those health conscious folks nowadays ^^. For a person like me, who seldom fancy this kind of nutty sensation, also think that it’s quite toothsome and can be addictive too.
