The idea of this mushroom actually similar from Japanese Tempura. Just that replace the prawn with mushroom. Using abalone mushroom will give you mouthful taste because the mushroom is big and thin enough. The way of prepare this mushroom is first dip the fresh mushroom into flour and deep fried them until the flour turned into golden brown colour. The mushroom will look like tempura and it is served together with chili. The out layer of the mushroom is crispy and the mushroom still tender soft.
