Our office have organized a movie day for us and we can tag along our immediate family to join in for the Transformers 4 Age of Extinction at Pavilion on Friday night. We reached early just a walking distance and our colleagues suggested to try Watami. Was here last week with colleague,Ordered this Tokyo Rosu Katsu Don and the other one was Chicken Don.( Forget the name )The food was nice and so does the environment.The Tokyo Rosu Katsu Don rice had a super big portion !I would love it if they had white york as well.The pork was marinated well. Price was actually acceptable,environment was clean and spacious as well.

Recommend Watami in Pavilion KL and I am glad to say that the food here fits the description of good and affordable.Watami serves authentic and modern Japanese cuisine.I like to eat Watami Salad (RM20.00), a refreshing salad of crisp greens with red onions, corn, cherry tomatoes, brocolli florets, shredded cucumber, shrimp, teriyaki chicken, nori, flying fish roe and fried wantons tossed with tuna mayo and goma (sesame cream) dressing.

The restaurant have offer ounce set menu which very worth to try, the main course come with a small bowl of salad and a bowl of soup. The beef steak set serve in hot stone pot, they put the stone bowl in a plastic container when serve you, this avoid our hand get burn when eating, as the hot stone is very hot. The deep fried pork chop is tender and very juicy inside, outside is very crispy when you eat. The set of fried pork chop come with a lot of bean sprouts at a side. The pork chop portion is very big, it is slice to small pieces so that it is easy to eat. The pork chop serve with a grid below, so that the water vapor will not wet the pork chop. The Japanese rice is nicely cooked and nice to eat together with the pork chop also sauce that provided.

This is a famous Japanese restaurant in town, there have variety of main course and dessert that make your appetite wide open even just look at the menu. We ordered this green tea tiramisu, on top of it is full of green tea powder, the inner of it is full of cheese and also biscuit lying at the bottom. This is delicious, the combination of green tea with tiramisu cake is matching, and is not too sweet. You will have your mouth full with green tea taste after this.
