Arriving at the restaurant just in time to catch their usual buffet dinner, but we were there to try out their Christmas & New Year's festive dining dishes. It was indeed a colourful affair, with an extensive range of delicious salads and fresh seafood, traditional Christmas meats and yummy desserts. We ended with the Atun Carne Risotto with Marinated Beef where risoto lover would not missed this. The Cheesy creamy flavorful risotto is topped with flaky tuna chunks and grilled black pepper marinated beef, making the dish more substantial are vegetables such as cauliflower, asparagus spears and carrots, for texture and color. Stuffed Chicken Farce and Tiger Prawn with Mousseline Potatoes is a combination of having tiger prawns together with chicken. The Filleted chicken thigh is rolled and stuffed with prawns and grilled. And to top off the dish, a whole tiger prawn is teamed with the chicken roll, muskily aromatic mushroom sauce, potatoes, broccoli and carrots. Duck Scented Octopus a la Orange is one of our favorite. The dish is being inspired by an old Fresh Dish and Armada had teamed the oldie with a Newbie Octopus is the dish. The flavor-some duck compliments the fairly blend octopus. With tangy orange sauce to add more flavor and taste to this dish, accompanied with crunchy broccoli and turned potatoes. Beef with Gambas and Béarnaise Sauce is a touch of the conservative combination. This is where the beef is being pan-seared, just right to ensure that the meat remains juicy and teamed with grilled prawn and rich buttery béarnaise sauce. Then, it is being added with the mashed potatoes, baby carrots & asparagus spears.It is indeed a great dish to have where the juicy beef is well mixed with the prawns with it. Pan-Seared Lamb Cutlets with Scallops is being served to our plates where the fresh succulent lamb cutlets seared to perfection and teamed with equally succulent scallops, just right, not overly done.To marry the meats together is an aromatic rosemary sauce with turned carrots, broccoli and bouillon potatoes. I just love the scallops which is well made with sweetness and freshness. As for the lamb, the meat is succulent and juicy as well.Price: RM 42.00++ per order

Two Varieties of Prawns is next which is being served. The salad prawn is being served together with the topped with mayonnaise sauce and also served together with chopped strawberry, kiwi and honeydew mix. Another set of the prawns are being deep with salt & pepper. The prawns which is served together with it are fresh and the dish is simply good and tasty too.

I am fascinated on this dish- Steam Pomfret in Abalone Sauce which captures my eyes when it served. The presentation is indeed eye catching where the fish bones are being deep fried whole the meat is being cooked together with the abalone sauce. The dish simply scrumptious and the fish is also very fresh. It is well mixed together with the abalone sauce which is served together with it.

Double Boil Duck Broth Cantonese Style which is being served was a good combination of dish. The scrumptious duck where it is stuffed with various of ingredients like- mini sweet corn, button mushroom, carrot, dried mushroom, gingko and lychee with it. It is then being braised for 3 hours where the sweet sauce from the lychee can infused to the duck meat as well. The dish is good and what I love with the tender duck meat which is being served.

We also had the American Sandwiches where the baby oozes out with perfection and with the extra thic patty which is being used in the sandwich itself. The delights is then stacked with more crunchy beef strips, and loads of cheesy cheddar cheese. The American Sandwich comes accompanied with fresh plates of fries. It is being served with the wholesome gourmet burgers are specially prepared to showcase an assortment of flavors from around the world.Price: RM 18.00++

Chicken Champignon Burger is a delicious and heavy delight too. The lip-smacking sautéed fresh mushrooms – pan fried with cream sauce which is then topped generously onto the thickest slice of patty one is simply good and there are plenty of mushrooms win between and topped with the fresh salad and tomatoes. The combination is simply perfect and yet a heavy burger to go for as it is simply creamy.Price:RM 19.00++
