Uncle Jang, I finally have the chance to eat here. But it is quite disappointing. Indeed, it brings a nice korean food to Malaysia and its taste is 80% similar to the one I have in Korea. It is quite oily and the ventilation system in the shop is Super Bad. I became so smelly after having my dinner there. Perhaps it is too spicy for me as well. 繼續閱讀

韩国餐里除了韩式石锅拌饭,韩式泡饭也是在韩国餐馆里新的尝试,厨师用料毫不手软,而且高汤是整个韩式泡饭的关键,这里的高汤味道酸酸辣辣的非常惹味,和配料一起吃味道会更加香辣惹味。 繼續閱讀

Uncle Jang is one of my favorite restaurant! I love their Korean food so much. The best Korean food that I have tried. Highly recommend Uncle Jang, if you like Korean food, you must try their food. The signature dish of Uncle Jang is Dak Gal Bi. Infact, Dak Gal Bi is a chicken dish, they will fried with fresh chicken chop, rice cake, cabbage, sweet potato, and spicy sauce. Then add the ramen fried together, the last step is adding cheese. It smells really fragrant and looks great! When I taste it for the first time, what a fantastic flavor! It is awesome delicious. This was the very first time I tried out dakgalbi because i usually don't fancy stir fried chicken. Plus there were so much vegetables in this. Totally not my type of food. However, this was delish and it was so unbelievably yummy. When the waiter cooked it on a big flat pan right in front of us, the aroma was so tempting as the combination of vegetables, sauces and meat was fried together. After 5 minutes, he was done and we were asked to give it a try. We decided to add rice and ddeokboki (rice cake) and they added it in after we finished half of the initial portion. Although it was a tad bit oily, it was bursting with flavours and would probably be my favourite Korean dish from now on. 繼續閱讀
