从2003年到2007年连续5年获得Malaysia Tatler杂志选为马来西亚最好的餐厅Top Hat在我的吉隆坡必试餐厅List里待了好久的一段时间Top Hat的风格非常有马来西亚的Baba Nyonya感觉经典、亲切也同时间非常优雅位于吉隆坡市中心附近的Jalan Stonor餐厅是以别墅另外翻新装潢有个花园和池塘和Kampung Pandan的Caffeinees的规格相像餐厅的室内装潢让人感觉温暖有点古典、有点现代混合起来别有一番风味试了TopHat的Mocktails (RM 18)Tropical Punch (芒果、黄梨、橙和石榴)味道酸甜值得一试Cocktail的话价钱在 RM 30左右而啤酒大概RM 18一瓶Garlic Bread (RM 9)Penne Carbonara (RM 40)牛肉培根、蘑菇和奶油酱好大一碗虽然味道不错但吃着吃着就腻了Nasi Kemuli (RM 49)Pongtey鸡、黑鲳鱼、虾和黄梨椰奶的娘惹风味一现无遗除此之外也有黑椒羊肉配上绿豆和洋葱一次性可以尝试到不一样口味的本地美食算是不错的一个选择Grilled Chicken Ta

Top Hat的风格非常有马来西亚的Baba Nyonya感觉

经典、亲切也同时间非常优雅

位于吉隆坡市中心附近的Jalan Stonor

餐厅是以别墅另外翻新装潢

有个花园和池塘

和Kampung Pandan的Caffeinees的规格相像餐厅的室内装潢让人感觉温暖

有点古典、有点现代

混合起来别有一番风味

Top Hat Restaurant is located near to the jalan stoner. once i make a turn to klcc i can easily spot this spacious place for my lunch. the place is like a big bungalow house and there inside the environment is very peaceful and nice.the top hat is the signature food here and i like the filling inside this crispy top hat. not too oily and just nice for finger food and great service here

One word to describe Top Hat Restaurant " ROMANTIC". Yep, no exaggeration. You'll fall in love with it too as much as I did ^_^ The place is so classy, elegant and beautifully furnished.. in a really beautiful bungalow. Of course, being an upscale fine dining establishment do not expect the bill to come cheap. But heck.. if it's for birthdays, wedding anniversaries and other special occasions why not ? 这块Signature Tiramisu Cake,好大的一块,味道很独特。外层是一层厚厚的核桃仁,里面则是一层起司、一层咖啡地搭配着,周围还淋上新鲜的草莓酱。每口咬下去都是幸福的味道! 由于当天是为了庆祝我的生日,所以图片中的蛋糕就多了小牌子和蜡烛啦。

每当提到鸡胸肉,多数人的脑子里就会浮现一个字,“柴”。鸡胸肉是瘦身者的首选,但很多时候都担心会因为鸡胸肉本身油脂量少而在烹煮后变得更干,尤其是烘烤。可是这道Oven Roasted Stuffed Chicken Breast with Camembert cheese却不是这么回事哦。厨师独特的烹饪手法让肌肉块仍然保持了原有的水分,将其调味得适中,赞!另外还附上了cream garlic sauce,喜欢重口味的可以配上这酱料哦。这道的饭不是白米饭,是类似像Briyani Rice的味道,挺香的。旁边的蔬菜清新爽口,能让顾客在品尝了口味较重的主食,来个清淡的。看得出厨师在这样的一道菜式,在构思上特别用心哦

如果是喜欢Pasta的朋友,尤其是Aglo Olio口味的朋友,这道菜式是特别推荐的。意大利面的嚼劲刚刚好,清清淡淡的橄榄油香却意外地能让每条面都非常入味,说明了厨师在掌控火候的技巧。一盘的意大利面竟有着超过5只的鲜虾,而且虾只特别新鲜哦!原本这道会被淋上wasabi mayo,但如果像我不吃辣的,可以告诉服务员提醒厨师别放。一样能好好地品尝厨师的手艺哦!

为了庆祝我的生日,他带我来到了这家特别的餐厅。Top Hat是吉隆坡著名的米其林餐厅之一,坐落于繁华的市中心,KLCC附近一带。餐厅的建筑乃由一栋50年代的英国殖民地时期古宅改建,在独特优雅的外观中,仍然还保留着古典洋房的韵味。白色的餐厅有着一个大花园,周围种满绿树,林中还有个小鱼池。坐在餐厅里放眼望去,窗外景色特别怡人,顿时让人有种顿时放慢脚步的感觉。餐厅的室内格局仍然保留了原有的洋房格局,而室内设计则是结合了英式情调与本土艺术,温馨浪漫、高贵优雅。Top Hat主要供应西餐,但几乎每道菜都融入了些许的道地风味。除此,它家也有供应一些传统的道地菜式和娘惹餐。另外还有不少值得推荐的甜点、蛋糕和道地的马来与娘惹风味糕点。听说这里还有不少名人前来享用过哦!

这餐厅位于市中心,可以望到klcc,只可惜餐厅的装潢有点太旧了,看得出是多年未重新粉饰过。食物也令我们失望,炒饭和意大利面也普普通通,可是价钱却不普通,真让人觉得不值得付那么多钱来换取这种quality的食物。

Recently relocated, Top Hat now occupies the bungalow that once was Wa-Raku. Our first impression of the new premises was wholly positive. This place is classy and intimate without being claustrophobic or intimidating. Top hats with chilli sauce. These can't match up to my boyhood memories of homemade "pie tee" in Malacca, but they were still a crunchy pleasure, overflowing with veggies. Chef's Signature Oxtail Stew. Nasi Kemuli with prawn & pineapple curry, mackerel sambal, ayam pongteh, panjeri terung, Nyonya veggies and blanched lady fingers.
The dizzying array of side platters accentuated this restaurant's forte _ eating here feels like feasting at the home of someone who proudly plans the menu and lovingly cooks every dish.

I always pass by this restaurant whenever i go to KLCC or area nearby. Was wondering what type of food they serve and i was with my colleague one afternoon looking around for a place to eat and we pass by this restaurant again so we thought to give it a try.Someone attended to use immediately after we step into the restaurant and ushered us to our seat at ground floor. I always pass by this restaurant whenever i go to KLCC or area nearby. Was wondering what type of food they serve and i was with my colleague one afternoon looking around for a place to eat and we pass by this restaurant again so we thought to give it a try.

Someone attended to use immediately after we step into the restaurant and ushered us to our seat at ground floor. This is definitely a very good place to dine as it was being transform from a bungalow unit previously to a place to dine. The waiter serve us with plain water and hand us the menu. While flipping through the menu, i realise that the price here is a bit costly. An asian set lunch cost us approximately RM40++. I was so tempted to see what they have for such a price so i ordered the set.

Waited for about 15 minutes and here comes my meal. All the dishes was served on a big tray with the flavoured rice topped with cashew nut. There were a choice of beef, fish, chicken and vegetable served. My favourite among all, the mango kerabu! Fantastic!!

If you were to ask me if i would come again to this place, i would want to think twice as it's really very pricey to eat here....
