Now it’s all about cheese – or more specifically, the baked cheese tart. With the arrival of  from Tokyo, Japan, the preference for these tarts, comprising of a lava cheese filling surrounded by pastry, has only intensified. Now there is no need to travel all the way to Japan and I can have these tarts as often as I wish.

I was there ! And I am so happy to have finally tasted the best Japanese cheese tart in town.I have been bombarded with different opinion from lots of my friends about the hottest topic in town currently.....cheese tart ! Since than, I have been going places to tastes different cheese tart by various shop.For the passed 2 weeks, cheese tarts has become almost my main meal for lunch and dinner. If you never heard of Tokyo Secret Cheese Tart recently, you are probably out of date!!!Tokyo Secret Cheese Tart is the BEST Cheese Tart in town I've ever tasted!!It is just perfectly interpreted the amazing taste of a wonderful cheese tart should have!1. CRUSTAlright, let's talk about the crust of the cheese tart.The crust of Tokyo Secret cheese tart is just right on point as it's just thin meanwhile it is friable. Its crinkle edge and sharply browned crust carry with the buttery texture!Dayumm

My first try on the Tokyo Street No.1 Japanese Cheese Tart in Malaysia. Fresh baked upon ordering and they make in a batch. You need to wait 12 minutes in each batch. I love the fresh cheese tart, melt slowly inside my mouth. Crispy fluffy tarts with warm cheese. Totally worth RM 7.90 per piece and the queue to get it. Cool down with refreshing soft serve ice cream. Yummy!

The best Cheese Tart ever in town!! It is worth the drive all the way from Melaka to get to eat this amazing food. Price range is acceptable but the queue is suuper long~~ But its worth the wait.  Bought lots of it for friends and family in Melaka!!! Don't miss it!! 

Might be a little tricky to locate them as they don't own a noticeable signboard, so just look for Mac City store, it's hiding at the inside corner. Limited dining space, major for take away purposes. Waiting time can be long, as all the cheese tart are freshly baked, batch by batch. RM7.90 per piece, surprisingly size is bigger than expected. 网上疯传的cheese tart我终于有机会尝试啦！那天朋友买了一粒 cheese tart ，趁热赶快拍了张照片就迫不及待放进嘴里。还热的塔皮里面有着松软的芝士。我本来以为会是流动的芝士(好像流沙包那种)但原来不是，芝士不会动，咬下去挺松的，味道不太浓，所以吃一粒也不会腻。对我这种芝士爱好者来说刚好。但如果一下子吃三颗以上应该就会腻了。很贵呢！ RM8 一粒！

The tarts from tokyo secret was amazing!It was no doubt love at first bite.The tart crumbles upon biting in and the texture of the cheese was so soft that it melts instantly in the mouth.I liked how the texture was not too soft and the fillings weren't too sweet.However one can be quite pricey.So it better be a worthy treat for certain occassions.

Only able to try it out when it was slightly cooled down and it still taste as good and fluffy. apparently most people would savour while its warm to get the gooey lava texture too. Love the cheesy flavours of the cheese and the slightly crumbly buttered crust. Only missing is a cuppa coffee! 🧀☕️

Attracted by the golden brown tempting looking cheese tart. In terms of taste, a just-nice mild hanjuku cheese taste but still creamy, and fluffy texture that melt in your mouth. Taste good with a little crunchy and cookie-like crust that creates a perfect combination.
