Everytime i visit the ss2 pasar malam, i will see lots of people queuing for the hot and unique teppan bao.This is the bbq pro teppan pao that i had after trying the sweet coconut bao in last visit. Unlike coconut flavour which is sweet,the bbq pork taste a little of salty. The bbq pork has the texture like dried chicken floss, but it is more juicy .The fillings were evenly distribute, which means i can taste the bbq pork in every bite. The external of the teppan pao has a soft texture with slightly crispy as it was cooked in Teppan way. Overall it makes the teppan pao a special snacks and it was cheap too, each teppan bao cost just around RM1.
