I decided to meet my school classmate for dinner after she asked me out. She likes to eat Sweet Bean because according to her, the food is amazing and the ambience in a/c and quite ok. As for me, I was not really favourable on spending money in a cafe at RM 9-13 for a bowl of noodles. But I decided not to be so unaccommodating and agreed finally. She ordered the Hot Red Bean Glutinous Rice with Cold Soyabean Jelly. The meeting of the cold and hot was fantastic. I ordered the Wantan Mee with Roasted Chicken (that looks like roasted char siu) and also roasted white chicken. The sauce is amazing when coated with the mee. Vivien's Curry Cheese roasted chicken wantan mee was also quite tasty. The mix of curry and cheese is simply amazing. I guess Vivien is right about the food here being awesome. I am definitely coming back again. The best part is that it is halal which means I can come with Malays. 繼續閱讀

这个红豆糖水熬煮到非常的绵密,吃起来还有沙沙的感觉,所以吃得出来这里的红豆糖水是经过精心的熬煮,一点都看不出一颗颗的红豆在糖水里面,不过份量只有很少的一碗,有点可惜 繼續閱讀

I had a second visit on this dessert shop and this time i try on with the peanuts paste and sesame glutinous ball combo set that cost me Rm4.80. The peanut paste is their homemade dessert as well and you can either eat it by dipping the glutinous ball or by itself alone. The glutinous ball that cooked in a hot ginger soup is nice . It comes with a smaller portion but you can try more of their desserts as it wont keep your stomach full. 繼續閱讀

这家叫糖黏豆的店,当然一开始走进去是因为他们可爱的店名,况且我也不介意吃糖水,我点了个腐竹薏米,这是我喜欢的糖水之一,可是这家做的有点令人失望,因为少了那种原汁原味的感觉,反而吃得出是加了很多糖,所以只是有甜味。 繼續閱讀

This is a dessert place that also sell quite a variety of main courses. I ordered the wan tan mee with barbeque chicken. The wan tan mee was normal, the noodle was a bit too hard. I think it should be blanched longer. The soy sauce that mixed with the noodle was too salty. I like the barbeque chicke, they were quite tasty. The chicken was boneless and it was tender.
