the stall is named with the chef's name, Robert. he is origin from Penang. have heard from the some patron about his background. he has been frying Char Kuey Teow for more than 20 years. he used to business in SS2 Petaling Jaya, but the restaurant has shut down and then he moved to this new restaurant located in Damansara Kim to continue his business few years back.his Char Kuey Teow, is believe one of the best in Petaling Jaya. haha...i couldn't say he is the best, but i am just saying that it is good.his Char Kuey Teow is fried to perfect, the taste is just right, not too salty. the beanspout are still crunchy. and the standard size is slightly bigger from other places. The char kuey teow was being put on top of a piece of banana leaf to give it a fragrant smell. This dish was full of "wok hei" as the owner received lots of order and kept on frying non-stop. The kuey teow mee mix was not really oily. It contained a few pieces of Chinese sausage, beansprouts, cockles, prawns and cockles. The Chinese sausage was salty while the cockles were fresh.
