This is one of their indonesian side dish. Basically they wrapped everything together in flour then deep fried in. I like to dip with their sambal because it makes it very spicy and extra delicious. But then sometimes this dish will give you the oily smell. So best is still use the spicy sambal to cover the smell.

Thinking of real spicy food, besides the real chili hotpot, I can't think of any. But Ayam Penyet here is real spicy. The chicken itself isn't spicy, the sambal is. The sambal here different from our Malaysia Nasi Lemak sambal, their sambal don't have any sweet taste in it. It is real spicy. The spicy if given scale of 1-10, I would rate them 6 . So if you really want to eat it, I won't suggest you to dip the whole chicken into the sambal.The chicken was smashed so it is real tender soft. The sk
