It just so happen during one weekend with friend that brought me here. So as expected, am going out for the so called local papardelle The huge flatten noodle is actually quite smooth and slurpy. Just that some might find it bit floury but so long you go along with the sweet broth, that shall do the trick. The julienned black fungus is chewy, paired with the crispy fried anchovies alongside some addition of chives. Quite a good one.
