Gelato Hazelnut Nutella with almond flakes. Since that day my sister mentioned about Liquid Nitrogen ice cream, I was happy that I bumped into this stall when I was at Pavilion. The menu shows the ordering steps. We chose the Gelato texture, hazelnut nutella flavour, and toppings were almond flakes. This cutie size cup cost RM12.90. Despite all the hypes about liquid nitrogen, I find this gelato was a normal one. The nutella flavour was not there, but hazelnut was. It was not too sweet.

Apart from pre-selected ice-cream flavours, you can also mix and match your choice of ice-cream here. First you have to choose your base which consists of gelato, ice-cream or soy based for those who are lactose intolerant. Then you can choose what type of flavour you want the ice-cream to be made of. Lastly you choose toppings for your ice-cream to finish it up. One of the recommendations that I got from the staff to try is the nutella with nut chopping’s. It was very rich and the chocolaty and tasted a bit like Ferro Roche chocolates.
