When I saw "Nata" on the menu being described as "a traditional Portuges custard tart", my curiosity got the better of me. And yes, as you would have guessed...it's actually a Portugese tart.. you know, the type of one would actually find at bakeries. The ones which are popular in Macau yep, THE PORTUGESE tart.. all custardy goodness with a touch at cinnamon at only RM2.50 per piece. Yummy, yummy

Initially I was wondering how this would tastes like.. Cola mixed with Pomegranate Juice ? Hmmm.. well, i needn't have worried. It tasted great! Especially if you love Cola. Cola is sweet and fizzy and when mixed with the slightly sourish taste of Pomegranate you have a really nice sweet-sour balance. Make sure there's lots of ice to balance everything out. Nice, worth a try definitely

I love Nando's Mediterranean Rice.. but I think I love their Spicy Rice even more! It tastes simply divine when taken together with Nando's chickens! I believe the yellow-colored appearance is derived from using turmeric powder..lots of em' ....as well as chilli powder. Every grain of rice is fluffy and fragrant with the slightest hint of olive oil, peppers, onions, garlic and goodness knows what else. Totally loved it!

"Altogether Now" is actually listed on Nando's menu as an appetizer. It's supposedly good for 3-4 persons to share. It's basically a big plate of spicy mixed olives, roasted creamy vege dip, Nando's own special in-house made hummus (a kind of Middle-East thick paste made from chick peas, sesame seeds, olive oil, lemon & garlic) and several slices of warm Pita Bread. It's light and make a great appetizer before the main meal arrives. Nice!

The name certainly sounds interesting.. I wonder why they named the dish that ?? Hmm.. Anyway, it's basically Chicken Wings marinated in Nando's special herbs and spices. To sum it up, it's actually the Chicken Wings version of Nando's regular 1/4 and 1/2 Chicken portions. Meaning like the 1/4 and 1/2 chicken, The Chicken Wings Roulette are also served with your choice of Lemon & Herb, Mild, Hot and Very Hot ^_^ Sold in 3, 6 and 9 pieces per set...

I still remember being amongst the first batch of diners invited to the opening tasting session when Nando's first opened at 1Mont Kiara more than a year ago. In fact, along with Italiannies they were the only 2 restaurants opened then Parking was a hassle and the ambience was scary because the mall was soooo quiet with no one else in operations. Had their Peri Platter,it was OK but I still prefer their Quarter Hot Peri with sidelines. Their Angry Mango aint bad too
