Always, German restaurant is good for their pork knuckle, pork sausage and pork chop, which I personally feel that the taste in these restaurants are much better than many places. Authentic is always the winning point. So when I found Munich Gastro Bierhaus in Puchong IOI Boulevard, I was more than eager to try out the place.The place was with themed with wooden decorations and there is a long table bar near entrance, perfect for drinking and hanging out with friends.Since I was alone, I ordered only their spaghetti. Taste wise, the spaghetti wasn't up to my expectation. The whole dish was on the light flavour, and I wished to have a more generous, denser and creamier version of gravy. Furthermore, the portion was quite small, even a small eater like me didn't fill full from having the whole plate. Probably it was a wrong choice for me. Will give the place a chance and order their pork knuckle in future.

Puchong might be considered a wasteland for Western food, but Munich Gastro Bierhaus has started a mini-revolution here, offering pork-laden German fare that seems more suited for places like Pavilion or Jaya One. Sausage combo, featuring grilled spicy Italian, German "black forest," English Oxford & Boerwurst sausages. Hearty and juicy; ideal for sharing. Honey-glazed pork knuckle. Tender meat, crisp skin. Fulfilled the basic requirements for a good knuckle, but lacked that sinfully satisfying layer of fat underneath the skin. BBQ pork ribs. Terribly tough. The total opposite of "fall off the bone." Dine in style without taking away the fun."We certainly ordered pork knuckle for our dinner as main dish. The portion was really meant for more than 2 pax. Ideally 3-4 pax. Taste not bad, crispy on the skin, smokey aroma and not salty on the lean meat. yummy!

Fame for their pork knuckle, Munich Gastro Bierhaus in IOI boulevard has driven us there for a dinner last Friday. Coming in two wasn't something good, because we didn't get the chance to savor the legendary pork knuckle. Seafood Marinara (RM25.90)The portion was so tiny, looking at it made my girl lost her appetite. With such expensive price, we could get a much bigger portion out there. Besides, it tasted bad and the seafood served was not fresh at all.
