I've recently learned that Spanish style dining revolves quote a lot around Tapas style dining. Just like how we chinese/asian have variety of dishes to be shared, so do they only in different kind of flavours. The Deep Fried Goat's Cheese caught my attention. Honestly there's nothing more satisfying and indulgent other than fried cheese that's super melty & creamy on the inside while remaining super crisp outside. Although there was only three pieces, I find it just enough because anymore than would have just left me feeling sick.

While the cheese was nicely salty, there was some sort of citrusy honey drizzled over it. So this gives an added sweetness so the fried cheese isn't one dimensional in taste.

To share, I got the Linguine Alfredo with beef bacon. This was oddly like carbonara except it is more cheesy in flavour rather than cream. I quite like it especially with the crispy bits on the top and the pasta was just nicely al-dente. 

However after two or three bites I was quite done with this because it was just too creamy. So I was quite jelak after that and full after the cheese then another creamy + cheesy dish.

There are so many things on the menu that I wanted to try, so I'll definitely be back for those. Plus I like the ambience at La Bodega, especially in the eveningwhen the weather isn't so very hot.

这里这个类似烤多士的小吃,厨师将腌制好的鸡胸肉烤熟后铺放在法式长面包上,然后再挤上美奶滋和撒上一些香料,一尝之下,鸡胸肉依然保留了原有的肉汁却还可以吃到腌过的酱料,味道非常不错。

这里这个炸芝士肉丸,厨师先将新鲜的肉剁碎,然后将肉弄成一颗颗丸子,虽然经过一炸,外脆内软,但是肉丸依然保有了水分,爽口弹牙,嚼劲十足,一咬下去芝士酱四溢,是一道不可以错过的小吃。

这里这碗野蘑菇碎汤令我眼前一亮,蘑菇味道香浓的蘑菇汤,汤里充满着奶香,丝喝之下还可以吃到细碎的蘑菇碎,味道浓郁不在话下,而且喝下去真是令人有意想不到的口感,味道绝对一绝的蘑菇汤。

la bodega is at pavilion level 3 just right near to the starbucks area. and here is very happening floor as we all can sit outside and see people walking around the area. la bodega is very famous of the tapas and small portion but all looks delicious. this cheese burger is big serving and lots of cheese in the middle with some mayonise sauces the bread is soft and nice.

This place has been known as a 'place to hide out', with warm welcoming atmosphere, you cant never resist to not dine here. Its serve western food such as tuna sandwiches, Lamb Chuletas, Chinese Lotus Leaf Rice, Tiramisu etc. The price is expensive, suit the elegance look of this restaurant. Unfortunetly this place serve wines and alcohol, which make it a non halal restaurant. So we end up step out empty stomach. Its a nice and cozy chilling place, you can see people walking by during the day or night. At night , there are usually full of people drinking their booze there. We often take La Bodega for granted, but it's nonetheless a lively, comfortable hangout. Salpicon de mariscos (seafood salad). An OK mix of prawns, squid & mussels. Gazpacho rojo de Sevilla (Andalusian soup with tomatoes, red peppers, onion, croutons, garlic, cayenne pepper & sherry vinegar). Alas, we still can't fathom the charms of cold soup (maybe we would on a sweltering afternoon). The paella was a savory pleasure, brimming with crab meat and peas. Fish Hoek Pinotage Rose (South Africa).

La Bodega has a very warm and relaxing ambiance which makes me walk in to have a nice cup of tea with light brunch. They have many freshly baked croissants which look really good from the display but I didn't pick any. As a healthier alternative, I pick something more filling and hearty for brunch. The bread is served really warm with crusty filling. The mayonnaise in it adds sweetness to the fresh vegetables, and the dressing isn't too heavy for me. I added some sugar into the tea for better ar

As a healthier alternative, I pick something more filling and hearty for brunch. The bread is served really warm with crusty filling. The mayonnaise in it adds sweetness to the fresh vegetables, and the dressing isn't too heavy for me. I added some sugar into the tea for better aroma and sweeter taste. Coupled with the aromatic English tea, the meal is very satisfying.

I will definitely come back for their famed Big Breakfast and other European style brunch menu.

Another place that I love for breakfast or brunch.Tried their bid breakfast and loved it, this visit I choose to have this one.looks yummilicious but I have a bit to comment about it.The smoked salmon is good in texture but way to salty!! Can't stop pouring water down my throat when eating this one. The two poached eggs are a bit too cooked, I would love my egg yolk to be running out when I cut it. =p

Its soft and rich in flavours. Its a seafood variant with prawns, clams and mussels with saffron. It takes 30 minutes to prepare so ordering some tapas will be good. Its a seafood variant with prawns, clams and mussels with saffron. It takes 30 minutes to prepare so ordering some tapas will be good. Also comes with lemon.

Another personal favourite of mine is their cheeseburger, although not very committing to the Spanish theme; its one of the best burgers I have ever had. The meat patty is huge and juicy, it is truly a must try.

Now on to the cocktails, a couple of the bartenders there is pretty good at making cocktails; try asking for Marvyn to make some for you. Their Singapore Sling is actually one that I really hated because their recipe does not include the essential pineapple juice so it wasn't exactly a true Singapore Sling, if you order it make sure you ask for pineapple juice.

They are famous for their Sangrias which is actually very nice as they prepare it really early and let the red wine soak up all the essence and flavours from the fruits.
