黑胡椒烧魚,扑鼻的就是黑胡椒刺鼻的香味,我就觉得有点破坏了魚原有的鮮味,有点可惜,因为新鲜的鱼用酱重口味,让鱼失去了鱼的鲜甜,只剩下黑胡椒的味道不断肆虐你的舌頭。但还算是另一番风味。

We wanted something spicy besides from the light tasting salt baked tilapia fish, hence the choice of tom yam flavour. This is one of their most popular flavours to cook the fish as well.Came with some tom yam gravy and fresh lady fingers. Rather messy presentation but the taste is most important The fish here is incredibly flaky, fresh and meaty. I can taste the juices flowing out from the fish, which had me giving thumbs up. The skin of the fish is still very smooth, good for replenishing collagen especially for ladies The tom yam sauce was decent, equipped with balanced salty, sour and not too spicy.
