别以为KC 我是个什么节日都要大肆庆祝一番的女生,其实和老吴一年只有3个日子会特别地重视,那就是各自的生日和。。。。。结婚周年纪念日!没错,又到了一年一度的结婚周年纪念日,不知不觉中和老吴已经度过了婚后的第6个年头,婚前大家也相处了大概4年多,6+4。。我们认识了已经超过了10年!想不认老也不能了。。。呵呵。难得到了这个有老吴恩准可以吃大餐的日子,我搬出来一堆之前看中的餐厅名单来筛选出今年要来光顾的地方,打浪。。。打浪。。。。就是这家Jarrod & Rawlins咯! 可能你会想说要豪华的话为什么不到Bukit Bintang 那些五星级餐厅用餐呢?原因一来是Jarrod & Rawlins是家得过最佳美食奖的餐厅,美食对我来说重要过坐在漂亮可是没有美食的餐厅,二来特地打扮来吃一餐,这都不是我和老吴的作风,所以经过考量,就选中了这家位置有点偏僻,可是食物有口碑的Jarrod & Rawlins啦! Hickory Baby back ribs (Half rack)- RM53.8 份量非常地大,填饱2个人的肚子完全不是问题,店员端来的时候我两眼都瞪直了,是要怎样才吃得完啊?排骨腌得非常入味,经过长时间的烘烤,基本上用叉子一戳肉就和骨头分离了,咬得一点也不费力,排骨旁边有1整颗的烤马铃薯和一小碗的生菜沙拉,里头还有甜甜的葡萄干,这些配菜和烤排骨非常搭,不错吃! Prime Rib Eye(250g)- RM49.9 5分熟的牛排这里做得有点太熟了,不过吃得出来厨师花了很多功夫来处理这肉,非常好咬开,完全不用费力,牛排非常新鲜,原味吃可以吃到原本的风味,除了肉,沾酱方面也做得非常认真,我选了甜葱酱,百里香牛油和日本芥末加酱油。我个人最喜欢的是百里香牛油, 甜葱酱也不错,不过已经调味得很好的牛排沾上酱油就有点太咸了。整体的用餐经验不错,这里的餐点真的有水准,虽然相比上次的Richard Bistro 还有点逊色,不过大致上还是很不错的。从服务到食物我都觉得不虚此行,喜欢的朋友不妨来试看 ♡♡KC 繼續閱讀

This was actually offered as part of the "Salads, Starter or Light Meals" under Jarrod & Rawlin's menu. Definitely for all weight watchers and light eaters. The Caramelized Pear was just perfect.. not too sweet yet just sweet enough to appease sweet tooths. What a wonderful combination with those crispy roasted walnuts and the salty, creamy Blue and Rocket cheese. Yums 繼續閱讀

Jarrod & Rawlins unveiled a Bangsar branch this month, making a prudent play for this neighborhood's meat-hungry clientele. The food is reassuringly recognizable, the setting on Jalan Bangkung is perfectly polished; after all these years in the F&B business, these guys know what they're doing, so sit back & start a satisfying meal with this salad of streaky bacon, scallops & pumpkin seeds. Fish pie, creamy & comforting. When we wondered what fish was used, our server didn't need to head to the kitchen to find out. She replied confidently, "Norwegian Emerald fish" (a breed of sustainable farmed tilapia). Complimentary bacon, cooked in multiple ways, such as fried or prepared in brine.
