Fuelshack is awesome. I went in when a friend recommended saying that i will get the big and juicy meat ever on my burgers, which are so hard to find in McD or any other place in KL. though the line was a little long. i figured it was cause of the worth it taste.and guess what it was so amazing!!!!!!!!!and i loved the taste and sause they use.the meat portionw as so huuuuge and well cooked . I feasted on Lamb supreme and then tried cheese fries))). way to go fuelshack

I am from Mexico and I was looking for the best burger in the town so I heard about Fuel shack, anyways when I went to the aquarium i did not lose the chance to try them for the first time and confirm or denied this affirmation. When I was there I asked to the staff about the best Burger and they suggested the original shack but for some reason I wanted to tried something different so I saw the Blue cheese deluxe (I was thinking why was the reason for trying a different cheese than the usual) and OMG the burger was so tasty and so good, definitely what I was looking for. Beef was really good, big and juicy and the blue cheese deluxe was the touch that made my burger awesome (really strong flavor!). So good so glad to came there!!!!!!!

1.Sangat kecewa dengan layanan cashier..Long Queue to order. lepas tuh, cashier layan pelanggan macam endah tak endah..sampai ada orang da menjerit panggil pon buat tak layan. Bercakap tanpa senyuman, macam terpaksa melayan pelanggan.Bila nak order, Ayam goreng habis, so, they dont want to cook the chicken anymore. Just burger. They dont allow me to order the chicken. Asking for drinks- At first, there's only pepsi, 100 plus, sprite. I ask for pepsi. Then, bila check fridge, just ada sprite, 7up.. Lepas tu, tanya dengan bahasa yang kasar nak air ape..2. Kecewa dengan burger.Roti yang sejuk& tak dipanaskan. Cheese pon masih keras.3.Meja tak dikemaskan.. banyak meja kosong, tapi tiada org clean up.This would be the first and last time datang sana.. I would not recommend this place to anyone.Lousy service.Please manager, train your people to atleast be humble and entertain customer with open heart. not with rude expression.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Fuel Shack at KLCC.I was made to wait an unusually long time (for a fast food joint) to place my order because their system was down. Fair enough, that happens.I then had to wait about 15mins for the actual meal to be prepared because quite a queue had formed before me, I can only assume that it was their first time as well because I will not be going back.The burger patty itself was very dry, sinewy and tasted poor. The cheese on the patty hadn't melted and the bun which was slathered in too much mayonnaise was barely warm, forget toasted. The fries were limp, soggy and oversaltedFuel Shack puts the food prep station proudly on display so I was witness to the reasons for my poor meal. The burger patties are prepared beforehand and then reheated in batches when the order is placed. The fries are prepared in batches and sat there waiting in a bowl on the counter until the next batch, for me that was at least 10 mins. The hygiene standards are also very poor, the person preparing the meals wears gloves but he uses them for everything from handling the raw ingredients (eggs, veggies), to the customer receipts, to the cooked patties. What is the point? I also watched him the dip the egg ring in the deep fryer oil while the fries were cooking so that he could grease the griddle for the eggs.The person preparing the meals was accommodating when customer requests came in but he was visibly inundated by the number of orders and that was probably the reason for the long wait. There was one person manning the cashier and another preparing the meals during lunch hour.If you're looking for a burger, you can do much better. There's a McDonalds within the same food court (yes, even McDonalds does better) and plenty of better burger joints around KL if you're looking for better quality. The poor food might be excusable if the price was good but I paid RM18 for my burger + fries.

Located at Food court nearby Aquaria, KLCC. They are selling burger, pizza and milk tea.One day, I go to tried their chicken burger and it comes with french fries. The meat isn't over grill and soft. It is not very big portion like what we get in other western restaurant, but i believe it still can make us full. This meal only costs me RM 9.90. If you are durian lover, don't order their durian milk shake. It is tasteless. Besides the Durian Milk Shake, other foods you may try it! You will definately love it maybe not much but a little.
