这款鸡扒感觉上平平无奇的，也没什么香味，除了一些薯泥和沙拉为配菜之外，就是一块炸成金黄色的鸡扒罢了，可是当我切下去之后芝士就开始留出来了。。原来是把芝士和火腿夹在鸡扒中拿去炸，浓浓的芝士配上滑嫩的鸡肉。。味道还算不错只是吃到最后会觉得有点腻

有一年生日，拉着朋友说我想吃千层蛋糕，他就带了我来这个地方-FOOD FOUNDRY.其实这个地方还蛮难找的，转进了住宅区后，兜来兜去，终于把车停在一间apartment楼下。一个不太起眼的地方，竟然有着我爱的layer cake.这里的layer cake,很顺滑。只要把dessert fork轻轻地插下，就可以拿起一口蛋糕。那时我还记得我说：这cake很梦幻。真的。虽然价钱不低，但跟市价几乎一样，值得。

As a mango lover, i found this is mango thousand layer cake little bit disappointment. This is because the flavour of mango isn't strong at all yet is cake is alright. So when i was about to leave, i asked a waiter to bill and after i paid, i wait around half hour only for the RM 1 money changes. When i asked them that i am still waiting they said will be coming soon. So i give up eventually. What a bad service they have.

Compared with the terrible over sweet caramel thousand layer crepe. This chocolate thousand layer cake is just too nice to eat. It is not very sweet and also with slightly bitter taste of chocolate. There is some cream between layer to layer it is very smooth, the cream isn't oily at all but easily melt. So i can't slowly enjoy to eat it and feel how it melts inside my mouth.

If I didn’t passed something to my friend, I think I never know this unique place which is located at SS9 and surrounded by old apartment. The environment is relaxing but without air condition. I am terribly hot because I am wearing a cardigan. I ordered a caramel thousand layer caramel crepe and oh my god! This is super duper sweet! It is just too over and I can’t even finish it.

在环境优美的food foundry吃完smoked salmon alfrodo叫了两个千层蛋糕做饭后甜点，一个香草一个草莓口味，香草口味的弄的还不错，吃了也不会觉得腻。这里我要特别说说的是草莓口味的千层蛋糕。它的味道很奇妙第一口可能会不习惯，觉得怪怪的。可是再吃下去就会开始喜欢起来。它有真的草莓果肉在里面，虽然整个酱的颜色带紫色而不是一般的红色，草莓味还是很够的。两个千层蛋糕都很快溶，要赶快吃！

这间在一栋廉价公寓底层的food foundry虽然店里没有冷气，可是整个环境却设计得很美，食物也很好吃。我很喜欢我吃的这个smoked salmon alfrodo。它的料很够，有蛮多的三文鱼和鸡肉菇，鸡肉菇有一种咸咸的味道，为这意大利面加了分。比上次我吃的鸭肉意大利面好很多很多！

千层蛋糕，无人不晓，可是想要尝到可不一定要到马六甲那么远，在PJ就有，而且味道也没差，我点了传统的vanilla口味，虽然价钱不便宜，但只要你一口咬下你就觉得是值得的了，那复杂的层次感，让你觉得每一口都很梦幻。

This place is very cosy and is an conceptual cafe.I heard it is famous of layers cake, so decided to drop to test it.Basically it is concept house like Full House, but more to comfortable, relax,and a place when you can hide from the busy bustle life.For food lover like me, environment issue is not a matter for me actually. Food Foundry got to be one of my favourite eat outs of all time Well first of all, its located in Happy Mansion which is actually row of condos instead of a mansion haha and that translates to easier parking! The decoration is also just plain GORGEOUS! Walls are whitewashed with cute paint art on the wall. Cosy sofas and steel chair with sturdy backs line up around the tables.
