Food foundry was actually the shop that introduced me to this crepe cake. This shop located at Jalan Happy Mansion and it was around flat area, the least expected place to search for some hipster cafe. When food foundry starting to build up its name, i can see that more hipster cafe were open from time to time at jalan happy mansion.The first time i was here, they only selling their crepe cakes and the flavors changes overtime. My most fav flovor was the blueberry and vanilla. But now, there are too many flavors to choose from! From small cake shop to a big cafe and very well known! i am so proud to have eaten the cake when the shop was only have 10 seats back then. Enough said, as they have expanded, i would like to try some dishes that they are having here. Well, i tried the salmon carbonara that cost less than RM20 and of course the crepe cake but this time i tried salted caramel and of course i ordered my favorite blueberry ( RM10 - RM15)Well, the salted caramel is actually intrend now the reason for me to try and my friend is accompanying me for my craving . The tasted was actually really good. Definitely a new favorite. As for the salmon carbonara, i would really like to give 12/10 as the taste doen't get bored. the salmon is a bit salty but in combined, the taste is delicious.This cafe has never disapoint me since the first time i came in year 2010/2012 if i am not mistaken. So there goes my most favorite crepe cake shop that has turned into a cafe. Overal: The best crepe cake ever! , western food was good

I went there during lunch time. The place was very hot, sweating. Consider the cafe price, but using wall fans, and no air-con, that was really lame. Food taste was so so, it was over price. Waitress was foreigner who don't really speak fluent english or malay. I having hard time to communicate with them. The food served was very slow. I was waiting for 30 minutes? The idea was good, yet the owner provide cheap labor, and no air-con service. I am not interested to re-visit.

This place has been around for quite some time. When they first opened years ago it was pretty decent but sadly it has gone downhill. Service is slow & the waiters can barely understand you. The food is pretty mediocre which doesn't justify the price. They sell Mille Crepe from Nadeje which is pretty famous however when served usually is pretty dry. Could be how they keep it.The place itself is nice. Casual deco & airy. Great for hanging out with friends or for a date. Sadly it isn't enough to save this place. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Now that I finally reached here, I realized why my friends like to come here. The place is very suitable for hangout with friends. Many people come here after work. My friend ordered Ham and Cheese Croquette (RM 11) which surprisingly was amazing. The croquette was skilfully breaded and fried. The explosion of the cheese was a great feeling. The Lamb Shoulder was quite alright. Perhaps I do not know how to judge meat as I am not much of a meat lover. The lamb was quite reasonably priced at RM 22. The lamb was quite succulent and not very fatty. The sauce was also fantastic. The Darjeeling and Earl Grey Twinning tea was great to go with all these heaty food as I believe the tea would help digest the fat, or so i thought, or tried to convince myself to believe. It is too bad that they have used the cheap-looking tea cups like those at the kopitiam.The worker's service was not that great because when I asked which brand of tea is used, he made his face and grimaced.

For a price of RM22, its actually quite cheap to have a dish like this!! i personally am not fond of lamb in the first place due to its pungent smell and overwhelming taste but this one was suprisingly more mild than i have expected. they were pan-grilled to a decent state but somehow they were parts where it looked quite burnt.. other than that, it was also served with 2 different type of sauces - basic gravy and chili sauce. not so amusing.
