这道料理光看外观是一道很辣的菜，其实对我来说也还好，可是朋友却觉得太辣了。主角是一条外皮被炸的很脆的鱼，再淋上一层料好实在又浓稠的三峇酱。还有大量蔬菜作拌碟。鱼的肉质依然保持水准，外脆内嫩。是一道不错的料理。

每次看到这种以海鲜为主的外国餐厅总会让我想到fish and chips。这里的fish and chips份量很大，也伴随着大量的炸薯条。虽然分量大，看起来颜色有点深，千万不要认为肉质一定没有想象中的鲜嫩多汁。结果是相反地，炸的火候控制恰当，外表香酥，内里多汁，肉质鲜美。吃饱多喝水就是了。

这里的seafood platter看起来别家餐厅所看到的一样丰富。虾子，鱼，鱿鱼，鱼片缺一不可。当然还少不了当中的主轴 － 牛油饭。所有海鲜吃起来只是用简单的香料配搭，把海鲜带去另一个层次。在这里能让我真正吃出海鲜的鲜美，还有那用来衬托海鲜精心配搭的香料味道。

Fish & Co, is a good spot within Bandar Utama to have your seafood, located at the Lower ground floor it can easily be located just walk straight toward old wing from Focus point and you will see the shop on your left. At Fish & Co, we ordered this fried calamari for sharing. There were quite many pieces of calamari in it. The calamari were all big and deep fried to crispy brown color. I like the batter which is light and well seasoned. The calamari were fresh and doesn't feel like chewing the calamari forever and can't get it down the throat. The calamari was soft and sweet, great texture. The tartar sauce for this was also nice and yummy. Tartar sauce tasted quite appetizing.

Fish & Co. is no longer a new icon, but honestly I am a huge supporter of Fish & Co as I find it tastes better than Manhattan Fish Market. Got myself a plate of salmon salad as a light snack. The smoked salmon was delicious and in good amount. The vegetables however, did not seem fresh and was starting to dry up and yellow. Croutons were a tad bit hard but bearable. After sprinkling lots of cheese and tossing everything, it was still okay.Service was alright but the electricity tripped a few times while we were there for an hour (and right after watching a horror movie too!).

Fish & Co. is a restaurant that serves great Western food and as its name says, it serves really fresh fish and also seafood! Try its spaghetti with fish which is a bit spicy, so you who like spicy food will surely find this spaghetti interesting. And so, it is really worth trying. Their ambiance is quite comfy as well, and they have nice waiters and waitress here. So, its overall a great place to dine in with your loved ones!

Fish & Co is a specialty restaurant in fresh, delicious fish dishes. It is design to feel casual, relaxed and warm enviroment. The Spaghetti Pomodoro was and still my all time favorite dish. The spaghetti in homemade tomato sauce, slightly sweet and sour, it is just my type of flavor.
