Today I had dinner at Estillo's in Publika. Looked forward to eating outside after the rain gave us great weather to enjoy outside. Estillo's wasn't too packed and it was easy to find a place. It's a little harder to get the waiter's attention because they hang around the middle or inside the restaurant. I googled and found this great place. But in future, I would know that I need to make a booking before coming otherwise we would end up sitting al fresco in the hot area. Otherwise, I would have gotten the chance to enjoy the ambience in cooling area. The Champinones (RM 18) mushrooms were cooked in creamy concoction together with white wine. Champinones. After placing our order, we felt that one tapas was not enough, so we added on this Champinones. It was sauteed mushrooms. As compared to the calamari tapas, this chamipinones looked much more promising. This champinones was sauteed mixed mushrooms in garlic, wine and cream. It was creamy indeed and I dipped the bread with the sauce. The taste has a little bit of wine bitterness, and slight garlicky. Nice!

Corderos Asado. This dish is baby lamb slow grilled and sliced. Since my dad was not fond of paella, he ordered this grilled baby lamb. It came with salad, deep fried tomato and a dipping sauce. The lamb was grilled to perfection, it was tender. The gravy that came together with the lamb was good, not too salty. The creamy dipping sauce was heavy with butter taste.

Assorted Bread. We were served with assorted bread after we placed our order. The assorted bread was complementary and approximately 2 bread for each person. There were two types of bread - the plain one and the wholemeal one. Both of the bread was soft including the skin was soft as well. The dipping sauce consisted garlic flavour which I enjoyed it very much.

Calamares Fritos. This is crispy fried squid served with aioli. We had high expectation for Spanish Tapas, but when this calamari was served, it does not looked appealing. We took a piece of squid and it was not crispy at all. The squid were small but fresh no doubt. The dipping sauce was also just a normal salty one. If the squid could be more crispy then it would be better.

Capellini Chorizo. This pasta was with angel hair, chicken chorizo, turkey bacon and tomato. The angel hair was thin and soft. The ingredients were a lot which I was glad. Once I took the first bite, it was very salty. The saltiness came from the chicken chorizo, the meat was like soft but just too salty. It was sour due to the tomato too. I find this dish was not my preference.

French Fries. We were seated in a open-air air-conditioned space. The french fries was served in a high bowl and was layered with a piece of tissue. The tissue was used to blot of the oil, which I think this french fries were indeed oily. The fries were very soggy-type of fries. My father did not enjoyed it. I like this type of texture but it would be better if the fries were less oily.
