Kalau biasanya kita panggil menu ni, 'kangkung belacan' tapi kat Dapur Penyet, diorang panggil Sambal Kangkung. Kangkungnya memang nampak fresh. Tambah pulak rencahnya sederhana. Tak pedas. Kanak-kanak pun boleh makan. Kangkungnya digoreng dengan belacan yang sedikit tapi masih terasa enak dan lazat. Harga berpatutan dan sepinggan boleh makan 2-3 orang.

Slurp-worthy soto ayam _ chicken soup for the Asian soul. Opor ayam _ a relatively obscure, rather watery recipe (at least in Malaysia?) of chicken cooked in coconut milk, which Wikipedia says is a popular Eid al-Fitr dish eaten with ketupat in central Java. No ketupat at Dapur Penyet, unfortunately! indonesian cooking can be very, very tasty!
