Service:- Poor product knowledge. Staffs don't know the details of the ingredients n the make of dish.- inflexibility. rejected my request for a change of cabornara from pasta to marcanoi right on my face without even a second thoughtFood & Drinks:- Coffee is terrbily flat- chicken is not fresh. from the taste u can tell the meat hasn't been handled well during preparation, especially from the time it's out from the fridge - but funny enough, from the taste u can't tell the meat has actually been prepared coz there's no marination at all- the carbonara sauce is watery. it seems they don't even know what is carbonara scarce.

Coffee Chemistry Signature is not just a coffee cafe, they do serve Asian-Western fusion cuisines.We kind of like the simple settings of this cafe, it gives a very comfortable atmosphere.Each table is adorned with a potted flower centerpiece.Rose caramel macchiato 3D (RM 12.90). This is one of the popular drink in Coffee Chemistry Signature. Probably due to the adorable 3D art. And so..... I placed an order for this drink and it took awhile for the drink to be served. Doubtlessly the 3D bear foam is pretty darn cute, but this is not my favourite macchiato. This coffee is mouthfeel smooth though, not too sweet, not bitter. But the combination of flavour with notes of rose and caramel just simply do not tickle the taste buds of mine.Passion fruits smoothies (RM 12.90).Smooth and thick. Dan's all-time-favourite. Healthy, filling and refreshing. A tangy treat right for any time of the day.Carbonara beef bacon mushroom pasta (RM 16).A fabulous carbonara pasta. Creamy and cheesy, with lots of bacon and mushrooms. Thumbs up.Escalope of chicken with mango chutney (RM20).Quite a thin piece of chicken escalope and crunchy. People like me who do not fond of the texture of bland chicken breast find this chicken escalope pleasing, especially with the mango chutney (good balance of sweet and sour). Signature Rose Caramel Macchiato 3D, my first 3D Coffee art. Super cute and very unique coffee art. Besides that, it's not very sweet. Can give it a try!Tried their Macaroons and chocolate cake, taste good and not very sweet.Overall, love their coffee the most. And the environment was great.

Chicken Ham and Cheese Tortilla @ RM10.90The tortilla is a bit different from the handroll wrap. This is rolled in a bigger piece of tortilla bread and cut into 4 pieces. The tortilla bread was rolled up with fresh lettuce, many pieces of chicken ham, cherry tomato, onions, red pepper etc. Everything is so fresh. I taste some sweet chilli sauce in it too. It comes with a side garden salad, nachos and a special made tartar sauce. I like the salad with the mango cubes dressing, nice mango sweet taste.

when craving for coffee i think the place is good to come here to try the coffee and this round i alos order the cappucino with the bread here to try on their menu. they have very much other bread choices of the sandwich wrapped with ham too.as here you can find a big and comfortable place to dine with family and the service is just average here. i do like the taste of the soft bread
