除了鳕鱼之外,这道烧羊架也是师傅的拿手好菜,而且还是餐厅的招牌菜之一。羊扒腌制了一天,所以非常入味,吃的时候,一点也感觉不到羊膻味,味道有点像叉烧可能是腌制的关系,带有微微的甜味。羊扒也煎得刚刚好,所以肉质还是那么柔软,一点也不老。 繼續閱讀

Dorsett Regency's buffet outlet is your typical hotel coffeehouse. No surprises. Steamboatish stuff that I ignored. This guy was really busy between 7-8 pm. The grilled selection of chicken, beef, lamb, prawns and fish was the other popular choice. 繼續閱讀

Kek Budaya Dorsett.Traditional cake from Dorsett group-The Dorsett Regency Hotel, Kuala Lumpur’s Pastry Chef Badrol Hisham Mohd Ali presents his new cake creation entitled Kek Budaya Dorsett. Beautifully blended with distinctive Malay, Baba-Nyonya and Western flavours, the unique cake is layered with vanilla sponge, homemade fermented glutinous rice, and royal custard filling. The cake has a lil bit fermented taste contributed from the fermented glutinous rice.. can you imagine? ;Dsimple but I called it intelligent.. he's able to come out with such 'fusion' idea for dessert.. ;) Not too sweet too.. nice! 繼續閱讀

Stepping into the restaurant, I'm greeted with friendly waitress and I see the fabulous spread of food is well-arranged on the buffet table.Deep-Fried Cod Fish with Superior Soy SauceIndeed a treasure from the deep sea, this Canada cod fish is definitely high in nutritional values. Topped with deep-fried shredded ginger, the slices of cod fish lure me with its crispy skin. Then I realise the white flesh is so soft and juicy, accompanied by subtle sweetness. Steamed Chicken with HerbsThe flavour of Chinese herbal sauce along with the sweetness of red dates has successfully infused into the firm chicken meat. Very rich in herbs and sweet; superb!Chinese Fried Glutinous Rice in Lotus LeavesAfter being delicately fried with all the associated ingredients such as diced mushrooms and conpoy, the glutinous rice now has a firm texture but not too sticky.
