I bought a cup of kaya jam to complement my kan sui choong, as well as for my breakfast the next morning. The stall owner claims that her kaya is homemade, which meant that the kaya can only last for three days as there is no preservatives. There is a choice of original, brown in colour or pandan taste which is green in colour. I chose the brown one, as I don't really fancy pandan. Priced at RM1.90, the kaya is really smooth, and it was not too sweet. It went very well with my dumpling and my bread in the morning.
