Another favourite of mine is the tosai and rava tosai. The chutney is a must when having tosai, and they always serve their tosai with the chutney. The rava tosai is slightly crispier so depending on your preference, you can choose amongst the many types of rotis. There are also dishes and rice as well as tandori and briyani.
