This variety of beriani is pioneered and made famous in my hometown of Batu Pahat, though I've never really been that fascinated with it. However, still gotta enjoy my hometown's famous food every now and then.The rice is fragrant but greasy, and infused with the flavours of the lamb. The lamb was moist but chewy.
