Digging the sesame peanut spicy sauce over the ramen and this time we chose dry! Pretty big portion and also not forgetting their famous Xiao Long bao. We had the mixed pork and shrimp xiao long bao (steamed dumplings). These little morsels of goodness was flavourful on its own and the addition of the vinegar ginger soy sauce adds a little touch of oomph to it! Outing with colleagues today to meet our customers in Kuala Lumpur. We decided to meet in Din Tai Fung, Pavilion KL for lunch. The main dishes we don't talk about it today but the desserts, especially for those who love dessert after main course. We have ordered red bean + glinko dessert. The texture is very rough and serve by glinko where many desserts have it too! This dessert still can be improved in term of texture. However, it tastes great!! Good try on it!! 繼續閱讀

Din Tai Fung is a pleasant restaurant, with good service and delicious food. Though the queue during weekends is really long, but if you are ok with sitting outside, the waiting time is about 15 minutes. Although the restaurant had a considerably large sitting capacity, the place was full.My family and I love the food here, especially the "xiao long bao", where each of us can finish 10 each easily, on top of the other dishes.The waitresses are very friendly and helpful. 最普通的蛋炒饭也需要一门学问。这里的金香蛋炒饭香气很浓郁。师傅的火候也很足够,把饭炒的很美味。这里的环境很好,卫生条件看起来非常的高。在这种餐馆吃蛋炒饭,我还是第一次。哈哈,不过好吃啦值得一试。 繼續閱讀

除了点上鼎泰豐的招牌小菜外,我也点了这里的葱香鸭卷来试试。鸭肉是有经过烧烤后切成的一片片状,用春卷皮把鸭肉和葱包起来,放进油锅里炸。虽然外皮很脆可是带硬我不大喜欢它的外皮,鸭肉很够味,配着新鲜的葱和香脆的外皮,很多层次的口感。 繼續閱讀
