之前每次发有关烧鸭的文章,总是会有朋友向我推荐说蒲种顺乐的烧鸭才是一级棒。亏我常常都会经过这一家餐馆,却从来都没有进去光顾过,好啦~既然那么多人都说好吃,就让我来试一试吧! 周末晚上的顺乐生意特别好,趁着等位的当儿,服务员让我们先点菜。我们发现这里除了招牌的烧鸭之外,其实还有好多海鲜类和其他煮炒,就和一般的餐馆没什么两样。这么一来,我们就可以点一些不同的菜色,来满足每一个人的胃口了。 炭烧脆皮烧鸭 - RM25(半只) 来到这里,脆皮烧鸭一定是必点的!它的特点就是这烧鸭的皮,真的是脆脆的!而且不会含太多油脂。烧鸭的肉很嫩,而且很入味,我想这应该算是我吃过的烧鸭里面排前三名的。不过半只的份量看起来有点少,吃得不够过瘾呐! 娘惹蒸金凤鱼 - RM38 家人一致认为这道金凤鱼超越了烧鸭,成为今晚最好吃的一道菜。蒸金凤鱼哪里都可以吃得到,重点在于那酱汁。这个娘惹酱汁不会太辣,酸辣甜味都配合得很好,吃起来很开胃很下饭。 金瓜豆腐 - RM13 这金瓜豆腐是今晚的一大败笔,我觉得应该是厨师忘了下盐,整道菜一点咸味都没有,就只有金瓜的微甜。用的是自制的豆腐,本来应该会是不错的,但因为厨师的疏忽而让整道菜淡而无味,难以下咽。 清炒香港菜心 - RM20 这么碧绿的菜心,看到都让人开心了。用的都是菜心顶端最嫩的部份,所以价格有点偏高了。 隔了两个星期,我和家人又来到了顺乐用晚餐,这一次尝试了几道不一样的菜,同样是让人回味无穷。 啦啦蒸金凤鱼 - RM48 当中最出色的就是这道招牌啦啦蒸金凤鱼。啦啦的肉很肥美鲜甜,蒸煮过后那鲜味流到酱汁里伴着嫩滑的鱼肉吃,一整个就是鲜啊!表面上的蒜酥和姜蓉和酱汁的味道配合得很好,一道菜立即可以吃到鱼肉,又可以吃到啦啦,很赞! 菜香豆腐 - RM12 这个至少比之前的金瓜豆腐好,但是菜脯肉碎不够重口味,配白豆腐吃是淡了一点。 咸蛋虾蛄 - RM20 很久没有吃到这么肥美的虾膏了,香浓的咸蛋外衣下,裹着肉质饱满的虾膏,可以吃到咸蛋的香,也可以尝到虾膏的鲜味。 我注意到墙上的海报有很多跟鲨鱼有关的料理,还有我喜欢的酸菜,这些菜式可不是什么地方都可以找得到的。整体上顺乐并没有让我失望,下一次可以带着家人来这里晚餐,就可以点更多不同的菜色啦! Duck tales: Scouring Puchong for the tastiest of this neighborhood's roasted poultry, starting with probably our top pick, Soon Lok.Soon Lok's roast duck (RM42 for whole) proves that this popular restaurant is no quack; its meat is fleshy & flavorful, while its skin proves commandingly crisp, blessed with a luscious layer of fat to broaden both the waistlines & the smiles of satisfied patrons.Everything else here is convincingly executed, from the staples of siew yok & char siew ...Cabbage laced with dried shrimp for fiber, plus noodles for carbs.... to an assam shark's head platter that should appease fish fans. 繼續閱讀

既然讲了是烧鸭店,那来到这里就一定要点他们的脆皮烧鸭咯,那烧鸭还蛮大只,我们只是点半只也觉得很多了,而且那烧鸭的皮真的是脆脆的,鸭肉也很多汁,不会太韧,配上他们的烧鸭汁,很美味。 繼續閱讀

Came here for a late lunch at 4pm. There were still a lot of duck, chicken and pork hung up for display at this odd hour of the day. Both my mom and my wife would have made a fuss about food being hung out for too long. But thank goodness I'm all by myself today. I had the roasted duck with rice and was very happy with it. The duck skin was crispy and the meat was well prepared plus there was sufficient meat on the bones. I also had second helping of the accompanied soup. I'm a bit sensitive to msg, so if I don't write again, it passes the msg test. 繼續閱讀

We took away Roast duck and siew yuk (roasted pork). The duck was roasted to perfection, the meat was tender and juicy. The skin was slightly crispy and slightly salty. Some stalls' roast duck has very strong duck smell/taste, but this one was not too overpowering. The siew yok has more lean meat than fats, the skin was crispy and the taste was salty.
