The RT bakery might be a chain store so expect pretty much the same product in most outlets. However, depending on the outlets that you visit, some may have certain best seller item that would be gone before you know it. That pretty much depends on the palate of those customers around that particular neighbourhood. Having said that the choices is assorted. So there is always something for everyone. The red bean bun maybe ordinary, but the fillings has got very nice taste, and not too sweet at the same time.

Today is one of my colleague's birthday! We decided to get her a cake for her birthday celebration in our office, afternoon tea time afternoon later. During lunch hour, we have visited RT Pastry to get her a cake since RT Pastry is reputable in Subang Jaya SS15 area. Finally, we got her a walnut cake! This cake is tasty and awesome to eat however it's appearance still need to be improved and can be a greater looking cake! It is not too sweet too! Good to try!

Hungry during the teatime, a miracle appeared before my eyes! My colleague just came back from Subang Jaya and brought back some fresh Hokkaido cake! She's a goddess!I've always been a fan of the soft centered Hokkaido cake. This one is no different. The vanilla cream inside was aromatic and mouthwatering. The pastry was soft, the whole thing just smells so good. The milky taste lingered in my mouth for a while and that made my stomach growled for more. It'll be better teatime snack if its served with a cup of hot chocolate.

The chocolate vanilla sponge was also quite delicious. Top layer of chocolate, with middle layer of vanilla and bottom layer of chocolate and cream in between. It was fluffy, but still quite dense. It was rather filling, especially having a couple of slices washed down with tea. Not too sweet, just right. I was quite glad that the rest of the colleagues liked it too.
