我一直都对含有姜的卤汁有好感。因为我觉得有姜汁在里面的卤汁味道瞬间变得有一种姜所散发出来的味道。而且鸭肉也闷到很软烂,我从来没有吃过这么软烂的鸭肉。因为平时吃到的都很硬。

Actually it's the rice equivalent to the Mushroom Chicken Noodles. Both are more or less the same. Braised tender chicken meat pieces in soy-oyster sauce broth alongside shitake mushrooms and crispy, fresh Choy Sam. I like the sauce broth, which eaten together with the piping hot white rice is tasty indeed. Another no-frills, simple home comfort food ...easy to prepare yet tastes good
