Restaurant SekMeChoy 锡米才, is a family oriented restaurant which has been well established since 1986. The restaurant was named after their founder, Sek Me Choy in Cantonese meaning Tin Mine Choy.The Salted Steamed Herbal Chicken 盐酒药材鸡, is one of the signature dish from Restaurant SekMeChoy. This dish was awesome and deliciously prepared in the authentic way. Basically, the main ingredients for this popular dish includes of chicken cubes, wolfberry, donggui, spring onion and a hint of Chinese wine. Texture of the herbal chicken cubes was firm and juicy. This dish was steamed to perfection and the gravy was rich in Chinese herbs flavor and tasted like Chinese herbal soup. Overall, it was quite salty but it was okay to consume with rice. 繼續閱讀

这里的肉骨茶我觉得很不错,喜欢配上这里的肉骨茶,还有的就是这里的菜饭真的是很好吃。和肉骨茶非常的搭配。肉骨茶的味道很浓郁,喝下去的味道在口里面围绕着,汤头很香,也很鲜甜。 繼續閱讀

Restaurant SekMeChoy 锡米才胡椒肉骨茶 is at salak south and actually this simple restaurant is nice to dine in for the food is also great taste. service is friendly and pleasant. here nice served hot and all the ginger aroma absord inside the chicken. the chicken meat is juicy and the minced pork is also delicious and add with the crunchy vegetables. 繼續閱讀

sek me choy is a restaurant name locate at the salak south. here is quite far from my place. but usually will come here early for dinner. my family love this place as they find there the price is cheaper and moreover have the mouth watering food that they like it so much. the fried stir fried potato green vege is quite good here with stir fried with garlic. nice serving of the food here 繼續閱讀

盐焗鸡 salted Chicken - 腌制完成的鸡只还要用荷叶包裹,外加一层锡箔纸,才可以开始下锅煨烤。在盐巴中煨烤了1个小时多之后,盐焗鸡马上就可以出炉了。经过长时间的煨烤,鸡肉骨酥味美,裹在腹部的黄姜丝配料已经和鸡油融合在一起,完全渗透了鸡肉,吃起来特别入味。色泽金黄,皮爽肉嫩,只需要用手轻轻撕开 (一旦剪开鸡只) ,略带烤焦的盐巴香味,随即扑鼻而来。如果相拌裹在鸡腹里的黄姜丝配料一起入口,味道咸香鲜美,叫人越吃越入味。 繼續閱讀
